REFUND POLICY 

 

At Capricorn Racing, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

 

1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned/exchanged only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Certain products such as worn skates, custom-made items, or discounted products may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.

• Orders returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
